French pastry in Santa Fe

Macarons, éclairs and tarts, baked this morning

Claire Dubois makes everything in the case by hand, in small batches, while the café is open. What you see is what came out of the kitchen today.

Everything in the case was made here, by hand

Macarons, éclairs, fruit tarts and viennoiserie. If a tray is empty when you arrive it means it sold out, and there will be more tomorrow morning.

Cakes for birthdays, weddings and the days in between

Celebration cakes are made to order, so you talk the design through with Claire and collect the cake from the café on the day.

“The cake was the nicest thing on the table, and the macarons did not last the afternoon.”

Celebration cakes need a week's notice

A celebration cake takes a week from the first conversation to the day you collect it. Give us the date and Claire will work back from there.
